I know very well which way they will vote my suggestion... It will be voted down.

You're always giving this board investment advice and life advice, Sum. In this instance, are you suggesting that it is valueless to object to having to vote on a pre approved slate of Directors?

Regardless of the outcome, isn't it healthy, and perhaps wise, to at least protest something that is unfair, or do you advocate just ignoring it?
