Jacki, a very large Canadian manufacturer, Linamar Corp, has been at odds with their shareholders over this identical issue. After two votes in favour, they have finally agreed to voting for individual Directors in 2011. Noront is a midget compared with Linamar.

I think anyone who tells you it is out of the question for Noront to agree to this should at least have the good grace to indicate that this in their opinion only. My view is that no one posting here has all the answers. Please continue to speak your mind.
