Recently the Supreme Court ruled " We live in a free country where people have a right to express outrageous and ridiculous opinions as moderate ones " . Our deformation laws permit " obstinate , foolish, offensive statements of opinion, or inference, or judgement.

So in my opinion if anybody has an opinion of the NOT , BoD, or management they are entitled to do so.
