Sum, I certainly hope your insight is good. A new resource (especially precious metals) as I stated would be a major macro milestone , and significantly improve valuation in two ways, increase values, decrease discounting. But that is a speculative element currently, a luck factor that clearly is not now known to exist, but could propel NOT forward rapidly. That is a difficult factor to value but the size of the landbase to me warrants a premium in that regard.
