Speculative,of course : Risky,of course: Proven ore,of course : Consequently Risk/Reward significantly favors Reward at the present time. A year/2 years ago,Risk outweighted Reward by a substantial margin. IMO,this stock is way undervalued at the present time , based on all its fundamentals . Certain powers are keeping the lid on the sp,IMO, but this will not last for ever.
