First of all, there is legislation that governs how a resource gets mined. The provincial government has an exhaustive permitting process that requires an extensive mine plan. They are very much concerned that if an orebody gets mined, that all economical ore is removed. This concept of highgrading an orebody certainly would not be permitted. I think this all started when Nemis talked about trucking out the ore and selling it without concentrating it. However, this would still require a mine plan that removed all economical ore, no matter where it was beneficiated. I think the property NOT has is too advanced and substantive to be considering short term or small scale measures. No matter what happens with the ownership of NOT, the provincial governments involvement in opening up this part of the North and Cliffs investment in infrastructure will collectively provide a shared solution to the huge infrastructure challenges facing all companies in the ROF.
