Again, having an average of around 1.3 makes my pointer to stay almost unchanged on my anger scale. When my pointer gets in the red, I usually quit and go elsewhere. Moaning adds dead nothing to the reality, but tend to add ballast on my peace of mind!

I repeat. Faith is less needed than patience at this time. nothing we can do: we believe in the company and its management, or else we quit! Moaning is not an option.
