Dear Wes:

I am a long time shareholder and voted for you at the last AGM. Was very disappointed at this flow thru at this ridiculous price. I own 116,000 shares and will not endorse you or your team at the next AGM. I understand we may need money in 6 months but why at these low prices and after you just said a week ago that we were all cashed up?

I attended your investor seminar last year and received a Noront baseball cap which I wore proudly. Needless to say, I stopped wearing it months ago. I'm embarassed with how you are selling us out. I can only surmise that as you have 59% institutional tied up you don't need or care about retail shareholders.
