I would surely expect and find it somewhat amazing that other Venture Companies are not also complaining to the Venture about the activities of the NOT BoD. Junior Resource companies need Retail Investors to take the leap of faith in them to get them started. The credibibty of all the Venture Companies is seriuosly tarnished if this type of deception and dilution of Retail shareholder value is not stopped & reversed.

The next Venture Company to say trust us is going to have a hard sell.
