Yes, other non-flow through funds could be used for those purposes. However, in light of the lack of SH support for the share award proposal at the AGM, I would hope that the BOD and management got the appropriate message. If not, IMO it could be a nail in their coffin.

I believe that this financing package could have been under preparation by Dundee et al for some time without NOT's awareness. It is quite commonly done in the investment/finance community. After all, they, the proponents, are constantly inventing ways to make money and in this case, stand to potentially gain not only from a captial gain but also from their "finders fee".

The fact that NOT's SP has dropped thls week, could logically be connected to general market weakness, not necessarily to the PP.
