Shareholder value and Shareprice are two different thoughts. The BOD wants SH value and that is more ore and to de risk the site by envirormental and fesability studies. The SP is what the SHs want and some want that 2 days after they buy so they can sell and take others money and some can wait till the project becomes a mine to hopefully get SP maximums and/or dividends. IMO
