I have heard the bottom being called since a $1.50, only a month left in tax loss selling and a market that is turning hard. I will continue to wait, why buy now ?? Crazy guys can buy now, someone always think they are smarter than the market. All other stocks are coming down from huge new highs, but NOT is setting new lows everyday, not a good sign. Good luck, still waiting. I thought this was being manipulated lower for a takeover this year?
