"His remark that Noront has let all their Exploration people go, and that Noront now seems to be a Production company, not an Exploration company, is positively unnerving.' Noront was never a production or development company, it was and is an exploration company. Where the confusion arises is when people speak in superlatives to emphasize their message. Where the 'development' term may have been a bit appropriate is just to the Eagle's Nest because they were doing in-fill drilling, which was just defining and updrading the knowledge of the resource. so to label that as development is just a pr stunt. The company will be in development stage when it has a resource that is ready to be mined and is building a mine. And to be a production company it has to produce, plain and simple. Letting go of expert people causes investors and others to use superlative labels to drive the message home. Just trying to clarify the muddy waters, Cheers to all.
