Not Fan you write:
"One of my favourite if not favourite companies Northern Dynasty (NDM) they are sitting on perhaps the largest undeveloped projects anywhere in the world, the pebble deposit is absolutely massive and worth many multiples more than eagles nest will ever be."
Not Fan,
I have the following comments:

The link above page 3 for this Northern Dynasty stock will show you the grades. Compare the grades to Noront Resources. There is "quite" a difference.
I see the government involvement with the ROF and the utter excitement.
I see the sugar plum eyes with dollar signs in the centres from the MPP's
of Timmins,Sudbary,Thunder Bay and Sault. Mcguinty is excited. The Hong Konger's are too.
You speak of Eagles Nest as if this this consisted of 99% of Noront land. When you have the understanding that this Eagles nest represents only 1% of Noront's massive land package....well, you get shivers as far as what the potential is here. Which is why many of us are here and not in...Northern Dynasty Minerals. Noront also has platinum , Palladium ...we are waiting for the assays from the 104m & 205m from the last NR. Platinum is worth more than Gold.
You mention Freewest was a terrible investment for Cliff's. To this I say, "pardon??"
You are telling me that paying 211million for Freewest....a property that as Cliff's stated on USA EyewitnessNews will increase their revenues by 50% !!! You are telling the board that this buy was a mistake? The mistake did not come from Cliffs. The mistake came from retail investors that either did not vote or thought this amount was reasonable as an offer ...which it was not. The mistake also came from management at FWR that did not have enough insitutional ownership to throw out this low offer.
As far as manipulation goes...I am a true believer this stock is manipulated. Perhaps you can go back to my RIM post and explain to me why 11 weeks before the sale of the first blackberry, which was mid Jan. 1999 the RIM stock kept consistently hitting that magical low of 83 cents. The stock price was higher during the developement stage of the Blackberry. Makes no sense to me. I mean the analysts had seen the magic of this device and my goodness all the shows and showoffie events and it hit a low. in Oct. of 1998. Why? What would be the explanation here if the stock was not manipulated? I have this memory permanently etched in my forehead. I could not figure it out. I didn't believe in manipulation back then....like you. So, I missed the opportunity of buying a stock called RIM that would have done very well for me. A mere 10 bagger the following year .
