...the point was they got into a private placement thus preventing 'outsiders', 'joes' like you and me, from partaking. small yes but infinity greedy as the small amount means nothing to them.

had this paltry amount been reflective of their present salaries if their salaries had diminished the same percentage, in accordance with the share price when they took over the company and the share price today, then we would have a different scenario.

apologies to anyone named 'joe' as i did not search that name specifically to demean. jack, harry and alice are different.
