From my perspective, and TIJMHO, if you want to get re-elected it is a good idea that you promise a prosperous future full of jobs and money for the people. Getting the ROF in the buget with jobs and money for the people would go a long way to make the posibility of being re-elected a reality. So this is why i think it will be in the buget.
