I agree indeed that all the crews on mining sites have a most challenging time, and sincerely work to complete a job satisfactorily. I admire all of them, especially considering the harsh working conditions in extreme cold.

Somewhere, I read or heard, that Noront was having trouble with their Deep Drills. Because these particular Drills had been customized for NOT, the particular crew that was hired, was somewhat unfamiliar with them, and problems resulted. I was not suggesting that the men were inexperienced or not trying hard. I'm sure they were, but perhaps the new machinery was not so perfectly designed or adjusted or something.
