While I concur on the tax loss selling I do not think that is all at play. Tax loss sellers WOULD take a hint and raise their asks a cent or two, perhaps more. They are no desperate to sell. However there are many obscessed with selling even into a heavy demand so I must come to the conclusion that these are desperate to sell. Who might they be? Instos in financial difficulty to meet year end reports. I can not think of any other excuse.
