Did anyone note that the options that were granted are at a price much higher than the market is now? Do you know of any companies that take this approach in options pricing? I sure don't. When offering options, companies typically set the price at the market value on the day of offer. Remember the scandal in some US technology companies over the back-dating of options to hit the local minimum?
