Good employee incentive plans are based on a lot more factors than just one thing. A bad plan would focus on only share price or or only on revenue or only on cost reductions. These are things that individual employees may not have direct control over. All employees meeting their years objectives earn an incentive according to the plan we voted in. What's the bid deal?
