Message: Different rail route

I am "thinking" that a spur from ROF to Pickle lake and then to rail near Sioux Lookout. Farther but covers more needed infrastructure and coodinates with other mines and comminities, power and Noronts roads. Goes over less sensitive areas and has better all-round route benifits although further and more costly it will have better participation for costs.
