Hardly positive with comments such as this: “The Eagle’s Nest deposit by itself is just too small to justify development.” That is what is wrong with many annalysts. The spew bs too often. The excuse is that they expect instant gratification or can not see the numbers for what they are. Eagle's Nest is not very profitable and not worthy of serious consideration ONLY IF you take the deposit on it's own in the middle of nowhere where the necessary facilities to go to production have to be paid for by this deposit. This in no way will apply to the Eagle's Nest. There are already other deposits and entities involved. Road and or rail access costs will not completely burden this deposit. They forget that there are sizable chromite deposits in the area and a mid tier company is already involved in developing transportation. The Ontario government is also promissing to do something about power generation and supply to the area. And if the above two categories are implemented than Eagle's Nest alone will deliver almost half it's value in the ground as clear profit to the mine builder after mine construction and operating costs. Granted some of those profits will have to be used to pay one's share for the use of the roads ( in form of taxes ) or for the rail line in the form of partnership for construction or payment for usage. It should not take a mathematical whiz to realize that value. It is just a matter of time as to when. There in no excuse for stating that more discoveries are needed to make this body worthy of development. Any such comment I consider as plain B.S. with an devious agenda behind it. All my opinion of course. Ed.
