Hi Sud. I have been thinking more about what you have said and again i SAY IT IS RIGHT ON THE MARK.

We have had a lot of talk here in the last 6 months or so about the deplorable job Mgt. (and the BOD ) have done. There have been many good points made,but yours seems to solidify so much of what probably could have been done better.

Mgt. has a fudiciary responsibility to all shareholders ( and not only to themselves as shareholders and / or to the big boys) . IMO,they have failed badly and should be questioned and challenged for their performance. We as ShAREHOLDERS have a right to be heard and to ask why things went and are as they are.

I am proposing that we need to have shareholders near Toronto collectively march on the NOT offices and be heard. WE should no longer only complain amonsgt ourselves on this forum . Mgt. likely does not even read this and has no reason to do otherwise.

I hope some of you are willing to take this cause up and go forward. I live in Edmonton and am away till April in Mexico ,otherwise I would fly down and be part of any collective action. IMO,IT IS TIME TO ACT AND GET SOME MEANINGFUL ANSWERS .
