Message: Who gets the smelter???? continued part 2

Hello from Nakina.

A couple things to consider. If the smelter doesn't go in Exton (Nakina/Aroland) expect another conflict. Nakina would have to be the most northerly location. There's a town here, commercial land, a plethora of empty homes, empty lots and is situated surrounded by resevervations. Nakina has the capacity right now for 1000 extra people.

Ogoki and Aroland have about 300 people living there each. Fort Hope has about 1200.....then you have Lansdowne House, Summer Beaver and Webequie. Don't forget Long Lake.

To think Timmins should get these jobs while bypassing all of the native communities two of which own the land....Ha!
