I think the regs should be a little better fortified whereby a stock sp can't be adversely affected by, for instance, a 100 lot transaction on a $2 stock within 30min. of the days end. Somehow I have a suspicion that there wouldn't be any but retail who would like to see that one go through. I wonder why.......
