for a shareholder revolt against this CEO and the BOD. These characters were brought in to supposedly enhance shareholder value because Nemis and Harvey were unable to do it and they had lost the confidence of the Institutional shareholders. Where are we now!!!

The share value of Noront is a damn disgrace, if anyone out there can find a justifiable reason as to why this Board and CEO should be retained then please enlighten me. I've heard all the pro arguements from the "mailroom" none of them wash with me. Perhaps we as shareholders should demand some straight forward answers from the CEO and BOD. We proved once before that the retail shareholders are a force to be reckoned with, it's about time that same thinking was applied to this scenario. In any listed company the purpose of the BOD is to protect and enhance shareholder value, from my perspective these guys have done nothing to justify being retained they have taken $$ and shares from Noront's treasury and screwed the retail shareholders at every turn.

Nemis has said he's still holding his shares perhaps we should all give him our proxy and ask him to represent us, I'm sure there are also Institutions that would come on board. If he agrees meet with him and work up a list of questions, and have him put them to the CEO and the BOD. If we have enough shares who knows maybe we can do something to shake them, up. Or maybe a rocket up their jaxie would do the trick.

Some of the posters on this board are close to RN if they think any of this has merit maybe they can discuss this with him.

One totally p'd off shareholder, and if your from the "mailroom" don't even think of suggesting that I sell my shares.
