And to be succesful in any shareholder action, the line between "retail" and "insto" shareholders must be broken.

There must be an attempt to canvass the instos to find common ground, if that is possible. If this isn't job 1, what is? Where do we start? Who is going to head this up and give some tentative direction until we can get underway?
