The claims held by Probe were staked with info, supplied to them by NOT. Richard , was pursuing a law suit, this why Probe announced a drill program , then suddenly stopped. NOT , had a letter from the previous CEO of Probe confirming this. Our BOD decided to J.V. the said claims , instead of taking taking them back God knows why .
