Not yet for RofF companies but immediately for Cliffs and it's shareholders: I understand from this that there is some aspect of canadian regulations that Cliffs no longer wants to be bound by and hence is removing itself from compliance to those regulations. It smalls of fire to come in very near future and probably that fire will be in the Ring. They are loosening their reigns to be freer to act. Question is ACT HOW? and WHY?
