In my previous post I left it up to you readers to guess as to the reasons. Strato gave you the most likely reason,imho. However there may be more to come. A canadian front company doing their work for them and taking the brunt of resulting flack is typical. Also you we could jump to the comclusion that they have reached the 10% level of ownership in at least one R of F company and do not want to disclose it. Could Noront be that company, just basing on recent sp actions?
