There is truth to this, but there is also truth to the continual head butting that municipal, provincial and federals have over who gets what. Therefore there should be the recognition that the FN gov't will have interest in this same game. Having said that, I would have no more patience for the idiot factor within their group as I would with the idiot factor, which is a significant one, in the rest of the gov't orgs. A H.O.C. session is a good example of how a fine group of leaders behave. TFPIC.
