".My only hope is that they will be paying a reasonable price for what we have to offer them."

Should CLF be wanting to take out NOT, what basis would you have for thinking CLF would treat NOT shareholders with any kind of fairness?...... FWR? KWG? SPQ?.....the great magnamous approach US corps have doled out to other interests across the globe over the last couple of centuries? Oh yes, what do you think CLF's offer would be for NOT given NOT's present sp? How about 100%? That would be good wouldn't it?...when was the last time you heard of a 100% premium offering? 100% would give us a lofty 1.60 or so. Ok, so it'll likely be higher after the market jumps in and pushes the sp up, and then maybe some hagling. It will require a BOD which has been playing a very savvy game the opposition doesn't know about to get a good deal, along with some help from other interested parties to raise the stakes, plus some very substantial N.R.s bringing incredible investor value out of the closet. Is that where our team is going? We'll see.
