So NOT, for a while, has been globe trotting trying to sell their potential. Now a lot of people have NOT on the quiet watch list, waiting for it to show signs of life. Everyone knows about NOT.....it will just take the upward momentum to begin to awaken the market beast.....then we'll see....but when will it be?
