I think people forget that it was Noront and not Cliffs that came out with the first "lowball" bid for FWR. NOT shot themselves and any FWR shareholders who tendered to NOT, in the foot on that one.

Don't rewrite history, or use only those facts which wrap your story in a nice little package.
