Yeh, FWR had the first low offer from NOT. Now did Noront have the ability to make FWR trade at such a low price? Did Cliffs come rushing in to protect FWR from NOT or did Noront attemp to take advantage of Cliffs takeover attempt before they got FWR for pennies like KWG and SPQ? I think Noront saw what Cliffs was doing, knowing the value of the chromite as a whole, and decided to force Cliffs into buying companies instead of taking them over. I remember the leagions of posters that were here and at FWR telling everbody that chromite was worthless. And they are still here.
