Paul promptly returned my call during noontime today. I wanted to convey the "just" of our chat because he ( and J.Neimy, prior) were also forthright, candidid (as he could be:- disclosure -wize), and approachable.
Briefly;- no notes (cell phone in my car); I asked a few questions; here are some factoids/my sense of things:
- There will be an update to the PA by "end of Q1" (, Mar31/11); it will include results of Metalurgical testing for all minerals, including PGM's. Ni; Cu ect).
- When I asked if I would be dissappointed in the revised /updated 43-101 vis -a -vis Wes' "doubling "of the current 11.2 M ton Ni to "double"(20 M up to 30 M tons) of Ni per Wes' prior statements; Paul said that he is a 30+ year lifetime friend of Wes, and he would never want to make him look bad/lier.
- The "bankable" feasibility report would be one year hence, but was progressing as fast as outside inputs/non-controllable factors permitted.
- Be very carefull with the use of the term "feasibility study" ; it is often missused by many "entities" who use the term.
In a separate conversation with Jeremy N. a month ago, he said that 2011 would be a very good year.
Trying to be patient through knowledge; - Peter
Also :
None of the forthcxoming PA update will include any info. regarding AT12. Think Q3/11.
The Sr. m,gmt. team is on the same page. No bad/show stopper news was heard by me. Positive timeline eventsm ares still ahead of us (my words).
