NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
Well?
As for your more pertinent statements.
One statement at a time:
"There are 4 exploration programs ongoing at the moment;"
Actually, there should be 4 Drill Programs occurring right about now - in the area of Prime Present Interest, that is. Note that there are other exploration programs going on in the Larger RoF Minerals Camp.
Also note that, if not already concluded, several of these Drill Programs should be concluding in the next week or two.
KWG's Drilling Program, if not completed by now, should be completed during this week.
Fancamp should have completed their Eagles Nest proximity drilling by now.
Noront, if having finally over come their persistent ongoing technical challenges, may by now be attempting to get a Drilling Program UP & RUNNING.
UC Resources should have completed most of their Drilling Program by now. Seeing as they stated they intended to drill in a few locations, they may have as many as one more of those locations to finish drilling on.
"KWG is drilling to update the chrome that we all know about, so there will be nothing earth shattering coming from them."
The Drilling Program, for KWG, is but a necessary 'means to an end" - Providing undisputable maximum VALUE of the Big Daddy Chromite Deposit.
Thus, in addition to the required drilling, KWG has stated they intend to provide the Markets with a full Mineral Resource Estimate on the Big Daddy Chromite Deposit, including complete description of Mineral composition and Ore Characteristics.
And to then have this Data made public by March 31th, 2011. And in spite of efforts by Cliff's to see otherwise be the case.
"FNC is there also, but seem to have nothing. All their interest seems to be a result of other properties."
Fancamp intended to drill Two Areas of their Eagles Nest proximity Claims. In so doing they would be targeting two distinct types of mineralization.
Ni/Cu/PMG's, just south of Noront's Eagles Nest, which could provide additional information on possible extension(s) of the Main Ni/Cu/PMG's found in Noront's Eagles Nest. If nothing more than the 0.5 - 2 meter intersections of Ni/Cu Sulfides previously discovered in this area, they may effectively demonstrate they have decent Fe grades suitable to upgrading into Shippable Fe Concentrate. And given the grades of Fe being Concentrated for shipment in the Labrador West area (think Cliff's Natural Resources and IOC), similar eventual processing of what ever Fancamp (and Noront with respect to their Black Birds) may eventually prove up in terms of Ni rich Fe, with possible PMG and Cu Credits, may one day also be produced. With sufficient Infrastructure in place there is always potential respecting such future developments, though much further down the Time Lines.
The other area Fancamp intended to drill was more of a play on previously located Chromite toward the eastern and or north eastern extremity of their claims. I expect they are doing this particular drilling so as to demonstrate the quality, if not also the potential extent, of this Chromite Mineralization. Knowing more respecting this Chromite Mineralization would be of 'Prime Importance' to both Cliff's AND the Provincial Government, if not also for the other potential stake holders, including Fancamp itself.
"The other two are NOT with AT12, and UC who are drilling the copper/zinc."
It can be hoped that Noront finally over comes their Field 'Technical Challenges' and find the Fortitude to move forward on this. Or Something. Or ANYTHING! Anything in the Field that is. Noront has proven they are very competent in terms of rewarding their APPOINTED management and associates. It may finally be time these characters tried to make what ever their Field Operating Plans could possibly be, produce something of Usefulness.
As for UC Resources, seeing as the are smartly working diligently toward finalizing their 55% earn in on the KWG/SPQ Claims Outside the earn in KWG/SPQ have on the FWR Claim Block (the Big Daddy Chromite Deposit), where it needs to be noted that Cliff's now owns 100% of both FWR and SPQ and ~19.3% of KWG.
Thus, it is fully expected that UC Resources will have completed the 'Earn In' requirements on these strategically located KWG/SPQ Claims by March 31th, 2011. And in the process will likely further extend the very decent Grade and Width of the Copper/Zinc mineralization plus demonstrate that there is as good possibility to do the same on an other portion, or possibly two, of those claims to the South East of Freewest's Black Thor/Label Chromite Deposit. Note that in addition UC Resources will also have 55% ownership of the KWG/SPQ Claims to the West of Notont's Black Bird's Mineralization/Deposits, where UC Resources, in past Drilling has demonstrated that there is very significant good grades of Gold (along with good showings of other minerals of interest) to be further explored sometime in the future.
Note that this will give UC REsources 'CONTROLLING' ownership of those strategically located claims. Both South and South East of FWR's Black Thor/Label Chromite and West of Noront's Black Birds.
Not a shabby position to be in!
"UC is going to open a few eyes when they do announce results, but more so if they can hold off until we know more about infrastructure."
Better those interested in being in on UC Resources do so long before the current Drill Program Results are released to the public.
Why?
My estimation is that the essential matter for UC Resources will not have that much to do with Infrastructure, BUT rather, will be much more intensely focused on 'Getting the Details' of the required JV 'Follow On' firmly worked out, In Detail.
Don't expect current Drilling Results to be made public untill this needed 'Follow On Agreement' is Completely Signed Off by ALL the involved Comapnies. Thus, UC, KWG, and SPQ on behalf of their 100% owner - Cliff's.
This Follow On Agreement will ensure that they, UC Resources, will be the 'Driving Force' for all subsequent Exploration and consequent Development with respect to these very valuable Mineral Claims.
And it has to be noted that in working out the needed 'Follow On' details, UC Resources has to do so with KWG AND Cliff's. Both of which, each in their own way, have shown great ability to get what they want. With KWG, through exhaustive technical focus on 'every letter in every word of every aspect' of its dealings with ALL OTHERS. Just ask SPQ about that!
As for Cliff's. Well. Use the 'Elephant In The Room' analogy. It fits. All Too Well!
Otherwise, UC Resources is much more focused on getting their Gold/Silver Recovery Process fine tunes at their Mexican Mine Tailings/Mill Facility. As to when this will be proclaimed as fully Commissioned and in constant Fine Tuned production is a Waiting Game of Patience, Patience, Patience.
My guess is that the same will apply with respect to the Follow On Agreement with respect to the strategically located 'Ring Of Fire' Copper/Zinc/Plus, Plus, Plus, Plus Mineralized Claims.
"Noront, with their AT12 knowledge, and with the geological work that has been completed by now, have the best shot at bringing us the news required to really move this play onto the mainline. Good news from here would likely speed up any infrastructure announcement also."
I will not go into any real detail on this, but suffice to say that Noront 'Will Need' to expand this particular deposit AND get a good 'Resource Estimate' in place, if they are to be able to raise the 'Development Funding' they will need to bring any of their deposits into production some time not too long after Cliff's has it's Chromite Mine(s) 'Up & Running'.
Knowing more respecting the 'Size, Mineral Composition, Overall Grades and Characteristics, ETC', of the AT12 mineralization, and it's potential to support a Mine Development sometime following the initial production from the Eagles Nest would not impede the current progress with respect to All Things RoF.
Thus, good for NOT, assuming they can successfully deal with their 'In The Field' long lasting Technical Challenges.
Well, anyway. Not exhaustive.
Rather, merely a quick response to your more pertinent comments.
Otherwise, lots happening. For Sure! Just that we will only get the publicly exposed side of the picture, up to the time many of the needed Public Particulars are adequately addressed and formally agreeded to, is now to be expected.
Only then will the truly meaningful Corporate Particulars BEGIN to come forth.
It will take some more time!
In the mean time - keep up with the banter. It may help in terms of TIMING?
More importantly. This will ALL WORK OUT. Thus, be ready!
Always ensuring to LIVE LIFE!
ENJOY
