Yesterday I received info and a Proxy Ballot in regards to a AGM of another stock that I own...EAG... What is interesting , is there is an opportunity to vote for individual members of the BOD.... I can't remember seeing this before...In the past you voted for a slate of directors...Take it or leave it...Just wondering if this is a new regulation for all stocks?? If so, could be interesting at the NOT AGM...R R
