What you and Barb are saying is quite true, Neville. The deal should not be hampered if the smelter has to end up in Manitoba or Quebec -- or BC for that matter. Ontario absolutely can't move towards becoming an Autarky.

But, our Ontario Government still needs to manage Northern Ontario's resources in a fair manner to permit economic development there, not continue to exploit it for the benefit of the fat cat Southern Manufacturers.
