I support Sum's suggestion. Also there is no Real bottom.
Some of you here seem to assign some physical bottom below which the sp will not go below. At least that is my impression.
There is no such thing. The sp could just as easily by 20 cents as 20$.
The idea probably comes from the underlying fundamentals of the in-ground resource. In a logical and fair world that would define a bottom.
Hello? Is this universe logical or fair, even humans taken out of consideration? Obviously not.
But just take the Eagle's resource because it defines Noront the most and is easiest to estimate:
About 8 billion $s in ground over about 200 million shares means $40 per share. Discount that to 5% due to current development state and that is 2$. That 2$ at the very least should be that bottom.
But we live in an imperfect world where deception, politics and psychology play a major role. These skew such prices up or down.
Did anyone believe that a few years back the shares were really worth 7$ with a fraction of the known resource of today's? And now with much higher resource, the sp being under a buck, is that realistic?
Hype and expectations boosted the price then while lack of favourable news and recent gamesmanship are causing it to be well under priced. Right now it is not all due to the world economy, the fault.
I happen to believe that presently the sp is being played with to dishearten investors, hence I believe that it is a great bargain.
Thank you to whom ever because I now hold more than twice the number of shares that I originally intended ( no it is not much but enough for me, I am diversified ).
Cheers and have a great weekend. Ed G.
