The natives have to get on side all on their own. Realizing that what is happening is very
positive for them and they should not be asking for it all because in the process they slow
or maybe even stop the development.

As to whom is to start the ball rolling towards local development, it is not with the
companies - they are already doing their most. The companies along with the natives are
waiting for the politicians to get off their cushy chairs in Toronto and Ottawa, stop the
rhetoric and provide real leadership in investing in road construction and related
infrastructures.

Once the infrastructures are advancing, even the natives will mostly get on side. There are
always the few that want power through noise in the media. That can not be avoided.
