Windfall Lake Project, Urban Township, Quebec
On July 20, 2009, the Company entered into a property option agreement with Eagle Hill Exploration
Corporation (“Eagle Hill”) pursuant to which Eagle Hill may earn up to a 100% interest, subject to the
Company retaining a 2% net smelter royalty, in the Company’s 100% owned Windfall Lake Property,
located in Quebec, Canada.
Eagle Hill satisfied the financing condition during the year and as such has made property payments of
$400,000 in October 2009 and $200,000 in December 2011 towards earning a 10% interest in the
Windfall Lake Property.
