You guys can throw all the arguments out there that you want, but facts are facts.

A tree takes about 60 years to mature, and maybe 5% of it is used for fuel of some sort. Oil/gas will take another billion year cycle which won't invove humans to replace itself. Nuclear energy is a simple answer if you don't need human habitat.

I've watched spagnum moss create a 2 inch layer in a single season on the north side of my property on more occasions than I would like to mention. It is undoubtedly the most easily replaceable item on the list of fossil fuels that exists in our part of the world. If we can find a way to economically create energy from it, particularly in a local environment, let's go for it.
