Going to China trade show or a mission ?

some days ago i was reading about China preferring to invest in emerging companies with resources in the ground .

Their way of participation was said to be to take a substantial minority position in the chosen company with the provision that the mining product would be acquired by them .

This arrangement would be very appreciated by management because they will get to manage the company and then with the new partnership's financing will be able to go solo in mining the ore thing that has already been decided .

Just a thought or a way to the future ? , time will tell.
