Lots of voters in ON, election coming, get them thinking hey what about us....shame on you for not giving us some candy too......think it'll work? While he's manipulating for the Fed election he's also doing some slight of hand on the Provincial one too. Maybe this guy's kinda smart? We'll see. Proof's in the pudding.
