Barely twitch? You are making an improper assumption, imho.

Current sp at 0.95 and the warrants are not barely twitching now so why would things be any different if sp is 1.90?

I notice that most warrants trade at about one third of the sp unless they are about to expire or about to cash in. For our's to be at half way to sp is saying something, I just am not sure what that is.
