seems that one will make more money by purchasing the warrants as long as the SP goes above $8:

100,000 Warrants bought at $0.50 COST= $50,000+ $400,000 = $450,000: NET $350,000

50,000 shares shares bought at $1.00: COST $50,00 : NET $50,000X$7.00= $350,000

BUT, you've also invested 9X as much of your $ in a single company in the first instance!
