I doubt that - Mainly because I do not think the funds would sink so low. They can get what they want by fairly legitimate ( that is OSC legitimate) means.

On this very forum you read posts from dishearted investors giving up at very low sp prices, so why use semi or illegal means to garner shares?

I must admit that while selling a trifle, I have obtained many more shares from those disappointed with the sp of this company, because I am willing to invest & wait.
