Great find Babjak (as per usual), and if this is true (the source seems credible enough although it's a blog) this is one of the best tidbits of news I've heard in awhile, for all things in the ROF.

Best part is, I feel like this is almost kind of a leak. I doubt the general market would ever pick up on this, and it is 'unofficial'.

All I need to see is another round of options being issued to management and then I'd know for sure that there is indeed a light at the end of the 2500m tunnel!

Makes me wonder...things have been very quiet on the ROF in general so far this year. If you were the CEO of a ROF company wouldn't you want to wait until major infrastructure developments were announced before you published your own good news?

Anyone want to sell me their NOT shares for 78 cents? I might be looking to buy....:)
