GOOD: we got our major company involved and if some other major stepped in we could get our much wished for bidding war.

BAD: the price was less than we all wanted to see and I like many would have preferred they just bought us out for a reasonable share price.

UGLY: if there is no other major interested, this could go on for a long time before we see any real value in this company. I have seen other companies do this type of thing to only have there share price drop(not that ours can drop that much more LOL) as things dragged on.

Oh well let's hope for the best and that those who know these things believe this is a good move and we start seeing some real value to a real resource.
